Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 3 c
- pkg - 24 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- or more Parmesan cheese - 1/2 item
How to make roadside potatoes:
Heat on low, half and half. Add margarine. Add salt. Place hash browns in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour creamed mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
