Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- medium size can crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make ricotta cake:
Prepare cake mix as directed in a 9 x 13-inch greased, lightly floured pan. Drain pineapple and blend remaining ingredients.Pour cheese-pineapple mixture over unbaked cake mix. Bake approximately 55 minutes at 350°. Refrigerate when cool. Cut in squares.
You may add strawberries and swirl of Cool Whip on top or powdered sugar makes a good topping.
