- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- lemon jello - 1 (3
- 2 can crushed pineapple
- box strawberry jello - 1 oz
- box lime jello - 1 oz
How to make ribbon salad:
Layer 1: Dissolve lime jello in 2 cups boiling water as directed on packages. Pour into 9-inch square dish, refrigerate until firm.Layer 2: Have cheese at room temperature. Put into a 2-quart saucepan, break apart with fork, blend in mayonnaise and lemon jello. Add pineapple and marshmallows. Put on range (medium heat) and stir to dissolve jello and melt marshmallows. Cool. Pour onto congealed layer area. Refrigerate Layer 2 until firm.
Layer 3: Dissolve strawberry jello as directed. Cool until slightly thickened and pour onto Layer 2 after it has congealed. Cut into 9 (3-inch) squares and place on lettuce leaves.
