Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 2 oz
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- Cool Whip or whipped cream - 1 c
- can drained, crushed pineapple save juice - 1 oz
How to make ribbon salad:
Dissolve 2 packages of lime jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water and pour into dish and chill.Dissolve 1 package lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add marshmallows and stir to melt. Remove from heat and add 1 cup of the drained pineapple juice and cream cheese. Blend and stir in crushed pineapple. Cool. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream and mayonnaise. Chill until thick and pour over lime jello.
Dissolve 2 packages of cherry jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups cold water. Chill until syrupy and pour over pineapple layer. Chill.
