- pkg - 2 oz
- cold water - 4 c
- hot water - 5 c
- 4 oz - 1 lb
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- heavy cream, whipped - 1 c
- miniature marshmallows, cut into pieces - 1/2 c
How to make ribbon salad:
Dissolve lime gelatin in 2 cups hot water. Add 2 cups cold water. Pour into 14 x 10 x 2-inch pan. Chill until partly set. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water in top of double boiler. Add marshmallows and stir to melt. Remove from heat. ARecipe categories: Low sodium, Healthy, Salads.
