- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- ground allspice - 1/2 tsp
- rhubarb, finely chopped
How to make rhubarb tea bread:
Beat together the eggs, brown sugar, oil and vanilla until thick and foamy. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt. Add to the rhubarb mixture and stir until just blended.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
