Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- 9-inch pie shell
- pink rhubarb - 4 c
How to make rhubarb custard pie:
Heat oven to 400°. Beat eggs slightly. Add milk. Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with a lattice top. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until nicely browned. Serve slightly warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
