Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- pastry for 2 crust 9-inch pie
- cut-up rhubarb - 4 c
How to make rhubarb custard pie:
Slightly beat eggs. Add milk. Mix and stir in sugar, flour and nutmeg. Mix in rhubarb. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with lattice top. Bake at 400° for 50 to 60 minutes until nicely browned.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
