- sugar - 2 c
- whipping cream - 2 c
- rhubarb, chopped - 4 c
- yellow boxed cake mix, prepared - 1 item
How to make rhubarb custard cake:
Pour prepared cake mix into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Mix together rhubarb and sugar. Spread on top of cake mixture and pour whipping cream (not whipped) over the rhubarb. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake is done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
