- sugar
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- rhubarb
How to make rhubarb cream pie:
Combine last 4 ingredients. Add rhubarb. Pour into 9-inch pie crust. Pour 1 tablespoon melted butter over top. Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes.In memory of Grandma Anna Erpelding.
