- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- rhubarb, raw, cut into pieces - 4 c
How to make rhubarb cake:
Stir sugar into rhubarb. Add oil with beaten eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients all at once. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured. Mix 1/3 cup sugar with some cinnamon and sprinkle on top before baking. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes to 1 hour. Do not freeze.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
