Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 4 Tbsp
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- nuts optional - 1/2 c
- chopped apples - 4 c
- Mazola oil - 1/2 c
How to make raw apple cake:
Frosting:1 1/2 c. powdered sugar4 Tbsp. butter, softened1 tsp. vanilla3 oz. cream cheese Mix sugar, eggs, oil and chopped apples together until moist; then add remaining ingredients and mix until moist. Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Frost cake while still warm. Keep refrigerated.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
