  • butter, softened - 4 Tbsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • nuts optional - 1/2 c
  • chopped apples - 4 c
  • Mazola oil - 1/2 c

How to make raw apple cake:

Frosting:1 1/2 c. powdered sugar4 Tbsp. butter, softened1 tsp. vanilla3 oz. cream cheese Mix sugar, eggs, oil and chopped apples together until moist; then add remaining ingredients and mix until moist. Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Frost cake while still warm. Keep refrigerated.
