Raspberry delight
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 3/4 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 2 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- Cool Whip, thawed - 8 oz
- pecans, chopped - 1/3 c
- pretzels, crushed - 2 c
How to make raspberry delight:
Combine pretzels, 2 tablespoons sugar, pecans and butter. Press in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool.Beat the cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip; spread over crust. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in frozen raspberries until almost set. Spread over filling. Chill several hours or overnight. Serves 12 to 16.
