Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- warm water - 1/2 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make ranch biscuits:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add salt, sugar, cooking oil and milk. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Knead on floured board and put into large, greased bowl. Cover and put in refrigerator.Pinch off amount needed and bake at 400°. Dough will keep for days in refrigerator. Makes 12 servings.
