Raisin cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1/3 c
• salt - 1/3 tsp
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• unsifted flour - 3 c
• whipped cream - 2 c
• raisins - 1 c
• ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
• mayonnaise - 1 c
• walnuts - 1/2 c
• apples - 3 c

How to make raisin cake:

Grease and flour two 9-inch pans. Mix flour, sugar, mayonnaise, milk, eggs, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cloves together for two minutes. Stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Fill and frost with two cups whipped cream.
