- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- warm water - 3/4 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make quick yeast bread:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add next 3 ingredients and beat 2 minutes. Add egg and softened butter. Then add one more cup of flour and beat until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins.
