  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • warm water - 3/4 c
  • dry yeast - 1 pkg

How to make quick yeast bread:

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add next 3 ingredients and beat 2 minutes. Add egg and softened butter. Then add one more cup of flour and beat until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins. Let rise until double, 50 to 60 minutes. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
