- cream-style cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm - 1 c

- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item

How to make dilly casserole bread:
Soften yeast in water and let stand 10 minutes. Combine in large bowl, cottage cheese, butter, a mixture of sugar, salt and soda, onion, dill seed, egg and softened yeast. Beat well to blend. Add flour gradually, beating well after each addition. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.Stir dough down and turn into well-greased, 1 1/2 or 2-quart round casserole. Let rise until light, 30 to 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake 35 to 45 minutes. Brush top with butter.
