  • sour cream - 1 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • box Butter Recipe yellow cake mix - 1 item

How to make quick pound cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first 4 ingredients on low speed of blender. Add sour cream in little dabs with a spoon; blend with spoon only. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Pour in batter and bake 45 minutes.

Oven temperatures vary (325° to 350° may be better for a hot oven).

This is delicious with strawberries and whipped cream.
