Punch bowl cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• milk - 1 item
• cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
• water - 1 c
• Cool Whip - 1 item
• fresh strawberries - 1 qt
• box strawberry jello - 1 item
• box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
• angel food cake or yellow cake mix - 1 item

How to make punch bowl cake:

Cook cake mix as directed on box, or use one angel food cake. Crumble in large pieces; set aside. Mix vanilla pudding as directed on package; set aside. In saucepan, mix the sugar, cornstarch and 1 cup water; cook until thick. Stir in the jello; cool.

In punch bowl, put a layer of cake, vanilla pudding, strawberry jello mixture, strawberries and Cool Whip. Layer until all ingredients are used up. Put Cool Whip on top; garnish with whole berries on top.
