Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- pkg - 6 oz
- water - 6 c
- lemon juice - 2/3 c
- orange juice - 1 qt
- pineapple juice - 1 qt
- bottles ginger ale 2 liters - 2 item
How to make punch:
In a large pan, bring water to boil. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Simmer 3 minutes. Before removing from stove, add jello and mix well. Let cool. Add juices and mix well. Pour into two 1/2-gallon Ziploc freezer bags. Seal and freeze until solid.Remove from freezer 1 1/2 to 2 hours before you are ready to serve. Place 1 bag of mixture in punch bowl and pour 1 bottle of ginger ale (room temperature) into bowl. May need to break up large pieces with a fork. Add remaining bag and ginger ale, as needed. Will be slushy.
