- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- Crisco - 1 c
- margarine - 1 c
- Add dry ingredients
How to make pumpkin whoopie pies:
Cream margarine, shortening, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix until blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
