- Pumpkin Pie Spice - 1 Tbsp
- of Vanilla - 2 tsp
- of Baking Soda - 2 tsp
- Can of Pumpkin - 1 oz
- Cups All-Purpose Flour - 3 item
- Cup Chopped Pecans Optional - 1/2 item
- Pecan halves Also Optional - 12 item
- Cup of Canola Oil - 1/2 item
- Cups of Sifted Flour - 4 item
- 1/2 Cups of Sugar - 1 item
- of Baking Powder - 2 tsp
- Cups of Chopped Nuts - 2 item
- Cups of Mashed Bananas - 2 item
- Cups of Crushed Pineapple - 2 item
How to make pumpkin spice bread:
Alternate adding mixtures from bowls #2 and #3 to the first bowl. Bake at 350 degrees in greased and floured pans (about 35 minutes for 6 small pans or 55 minutes for 2 large pans). Do toothpick test to see if done.You can substitute strawberries and/or kiwi.
