Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- can pumpkin - 1 item
- Ricotta cheese - 1 c
- flour self-rising - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pumpkin spices - 1 item
How to make pumpkin souffle:
After mixing your ingredients together, fold in egg whites. Pour everything into a spring-form pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Refrigerate overnight, put on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Vegetarian.
