  • can pumpkin - 1 item
  • Ricotta cheese - 1 c
  • flour self-rising - 1/3 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pumpkin spices - 1 item

How to make pumpkin souffle:

After mixing your ingredients together, fold in egg whites. Pour everything into a spring-form pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Refrigerate overnight, put on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
