- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- tsp salt - 1/2 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- tsp baking powder - 1 item
- tsp vanilla - 1 item
- tsp butter - 4 item
- tsp cinnamon - 2 item
- cup all-purpose flour - 2/3 item
- oz cream cheese - 8 item
- tsp lemon juice - 1 item
- tsp ginger - 1 item
- cup powdered sugar - 1 item
- cup pumpkin - 2/3 item
How to make pumpkin roll:
Unroll towel and spread icing over the whole roll. Save some icing for the sides. After icing is spread, roll cookie fairly tight. After cookie is rolled up, take the remaining icing and spread over both open ends.Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate.
