  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • Topping:1 c
  • Reserve 1 c
  • pumpkin pie mix 2 1/2 c

How to make pumpkin pie dessert:

Blend cake mix with melted butter. Reserve 1 c. for topping. Add egg to remainder of mix. Blend well. Press in 9x13 pan.Filling:2 eggs1 30 oz. pumpkin pie mix (2 1/2 c.)1 c. evaporated milk Mix well and pour over cake mix.Topping:1 c. of reserve mix1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. sugar Blend well and spread over pumpkin filling. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
