- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- Topping:1 c
- Reserve 1 c
- pumpkin pie mix 2 1/2 c
How to make pumpkin pie dessert:
Blend cake mix with melted butter. Reserve 1 c. for topping. Add egg to remainder of mix. Blend well. Press in 9x13 pan.Filling:2 eggs1 30 oz. pumpkin pie mix (2 1/2 c.)1 c. evaporated milk Mix well and pour over cake mix.Topping:1 c. of reserve mix1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. sugar Blend well and spread over pumpkin filling.
