- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- Filling:3 eggs, beaten
- milk - 2/3 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 2 tsp
- large can pumpkin - 1 item
- Topping:1 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Combine and press in 9 x 13-inch pan.Filling:3 eggs, beaten2/3 c. milk3/4 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice3/4 c. sugar1 large can pumpkin Mix well and pour over crust.Topping:1 c. reserved cake mix1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix well and sprinkle over cake.
