Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2/3 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- egg - 1 item
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- oleo - 1/2 c
- cake mix
- yellow cake mix reserve 1 c - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Topping:1 c. cake mix1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. oleo Mix cake mix, oleo and egg, blending well. Press into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Mix together the pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar and spices. Pour this over the first layer. Mix the reserved cake mix, sugar and oleo into a crumb mixture. Sprinkle this over the layers in the pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until done. Recipe works well also with white or spice cake mix.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Kid Friendly.
