Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- granulated sugar - 1/3 c
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- milk - 2/3 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
- can pumpkin mix - 1 item
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Take one box yellow cake mix. Remove one cup for crumb topping. To remainder of cake mix, add melted butter and 1 beaten egg. Mix with flour until cake mix is absorbed. Press into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.Filling: Mix pumpkin mix, 3 eggs, brown sugar, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, cinnamon and milk. Beat well. Spread over cake dough.
Topping: Take 1 cup cake mix that was left out and mix with 1/2 cup granulated sugar, margarine and nuts. Crumble, then sprinkle over top of filling. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
