  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • packed brown sugar - 2/3 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • cake mix
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • soft margarine - 1/4 c
  • Filling:1 large can pumpkin

How to make pumpkin cobbler:

Filling:1 large can pumpkin3 eggs2/3 c. packed brown sugar1/2 c. milk2 tsp. vanilla2 tsp. cinnamon Topping:1 c. cake mix1/4 c. soft margarine1/2 c. sugar1 c. chopped nuts Set aside 1 cup of yellow cake mix. Mix remaining crust ingredients. Put into 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix together filling ingredients and pour evenly over crust. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes. Serve topped with whipped cream.
