Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- packed brown sugar - 2/3 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- cake mix
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- soft margarine - 1/4 c
- Filling:1 large can pumpkin
How to make pumpkin cobbler:
Filling:1 large can pumpkin3 eggs2/3 c. packed brown sugar1/2 c. milk2 tsp. vanilla2 tsp. cinnamon Topping:1 c. cake mix1/4 c. soft margarine1/2 c. sugar1 c. chopped nuts Set aside 1 cup of yellow cake mix. Mix remaining crust ingredients. Put into 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix together filling ingredients and pour evenly over crust. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over filling.
