Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 20 oz
- melted butter - 1/2 lb
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- cooked pumpkin
- yellow cake mix dry, do not mix with other ingredients - 1 item
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Mix all ingredients (except cake mix) together and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top and drizzle the melted butter over the top and bake in a 325° oven. Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes. Add chopped pecans or walnuts spRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Kid Friendly.
