  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs, separated - 2 item
  • pumpkin - 1/2 c
  • pumpkin pie spice - 1 Tbsp
  • white sugar - 1/2 c

How to make pumpkin pie:

Beat egg whites stiff; add last, stirring lightly. Beat egg yolks well. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 475° for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned, then turn down to 350° and bake until set, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
