- milk
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- powdered sugar - 2 Tbsp
How to make butterscotch pie:
Heat 1 cup milk and brown sugar until sugar is free from lumps. Mix cornstarch, 1/2 cup of milk and egg yolks and add to hot mixture slowly.
