Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- can 2 c - 1 oz
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk not evaporated milk - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin pie:
Preheat oven to 450°. In mixer bowl combine all items except pie shell and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or when knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired or serve plain. Refrigerate leftovers.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
