- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- canned pumpkin - 1 c
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make pumpkin cheese pie:
Beat cream cheese with sugar. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in pumpkin, milk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
