Pumpkin squares

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• cream cheese
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1 Tbsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• confectioners sugar
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• stick butter - 3/4 item
• canned pumpkin - 2 c

How to make pumpkin squares:

Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese3/4 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. milk1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool thoroughly and frost. Yields 5 dozen.

Frosting: Mix all ingredients together. Add more confectioners sugar if it seems runny.
