Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- confectioners sugar
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- stick butter - 3/4 item
- canned pumpkin - 2 c
How to make pumpkin squares:
Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese3/4 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. milk1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool thoroughly and frost. Yields 5 dozen.Frosting: Mix all ingredients together. Add more confectioners sugar if it seems runny.
