- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- pumpkin - 2 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- crushed graham crackers - 25 item
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
How to make pumpkin dessert:
Filling:60 large marshmallows, melted in 1/2 c. milk2 c. pumpkin1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. ginger8 oz. Cool Whip Mix graham crackers with melted oleo and brown sugar. Set aside about 1/2 hour. Press remaining mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt marshmallows in milk. Add pumpkin, cinnamon and ginger. When mixture is cool, fold in Cool Whip. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of crust mixture on top and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 4 hours, Weeknight.
