Pumpkin crunch cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- sticks margarine, melted and cooled - 2 item
How to make pumpkin crunch cake:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour in pan and sprinkle cake mix on top. Put in nuts and spoon melted margarine on top, then sprinkle brown sugar. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Weeknight.
