- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- Gradually add sugar, then softened cream cheese
How to make easy cheese cake:
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add sugar, then softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth and creamy. Grease glass pie pan and fill. Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool for 1/2 hour.Topping:1 pt. sour cream2 tsp. vanilla4 Tbsp. sugar Mix and pour over cooled cheese cake. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Holiday.
