Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• cream cheese - 8 oz
• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1 c
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• pumpkin - 1 c
• 9-inch pie shell, unbaked - 1 item

How to make pumpkin cheese pie:

Beat 1 egg until creamy. Cream together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and the beaten egg. Then add pumpkin, rest of sugar, other egg, flour, cinnamon and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° until done (about 50 minutes).
