Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- Add dry mixture to liquid mixture and stir in 2 cups pumpkin
How to make pumpkin cake:
Mix together flour and cinnamon, then beat together eggs, sugar and oil. Add dry mixture to liquid mixture and stir in 2 cups pumpkin. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes in a 9 x 12-inch pan.Icing:1 stick butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix at low speed with electric mixer.
