Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt
- flour
- water - 2/3 c
- nutmeg - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- cooking oil - 1 c
- or 1 large can pumpkin - 2 c
How to make pumpkin bread:
Sift all dry ingredients into a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Pour in remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Divide batter into 3 greased, floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Bake small pans about 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 3 large loaves or 6 miniature loaves.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Vegetables.
