  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • cake mix - 1 c
  • milk less 2 Tbsp - 2/3 c

How to make pumpkin bar:

Filling:3 c. pumpkin1/2 c. brown sugar2/3 c. milk (less 2 Tbsp.)2 eggs Topping:1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. margarine1 c. cake mix Combine cake mix, margarine and 1 egg. Press in greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, 2 eggs and milk. Pour over crust.

Combine reserved cake mix, cinnamon and margarine. Mix and crumble over top of filling. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
