How to make pull apart coffee cake:

In 10-inch skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter and remove from heat. Cut each roll into quarters. Add these to skillet and toss with butter. Add white sugar, orange rind, nutmeg and walnuts.

Combine remainder of ingredients and add to skillet. Toss gently. Pour into 8-inch ring mold or tube pan. Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes. If top browns too fast, cover with sheet of foil. Let stand 5 minutes and turn onto plate.

If cake has not been cooked long enough, it will tend to fall apart when taken from pan. To eat, just pull off each piece with fingers and enjoy. Can be frozen and warmed slightly after thawing. Recipe can be doubled and will fill 2 quart mold and serves about 30. Baking time should be increased for doubled recipe.
