Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 1 oz
- Cool Whip - 2 c
- frozen strawberries - 2 c
- melted oleo - 3/4 c
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
How to make pretzel salad:
Combine pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and oleo. Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar. Spread over cooled pretzel mix being sure to seal edges. Mix Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries (thawed); mix well. Allow mixture to jell slightly. Pour over Cool Whip mixture.
