Praline sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla extract - 1 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 1/3 c
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- coarsely chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make praline sauce:
Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan; mix well. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil 2 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and pecans.
