Potatoes au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
- medium, chopped onion - 1 item
How to make potatoes au gratin:
Place hash browns in 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter. Pour over potatoes. Cover with bread crumbs and top with melted butter. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Makes 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
