Ingredients/Components
- medium Russet potatoes - 5 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- flour - 1 1
- oil for griddle - 1 Tbsp
How to make potato pancakes:
Shred peeled potatoes or cube and food process to mush. Salt and pepper to taste. Add egg and 1 cup of flour; blend to make a batter. (If too soupy, add flour by 1/2-cup increments.)
