- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make buttermilk pancakes:
Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs and buttermilk together. Stir into dry ingredients. Add melted butter; beat until smooth. Drop from spoon on hot griddle. Bake on one side about 2 minutes.
