  • salt - 1 tsp
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • Minute rice - 1 c
  • large onion - 1 item
  • can vegetable soup - 1 item
  • to 8 large potatoes - 7 item

How to make potato hamburger casserole:

Butter baking dish. Slice potatoes to cover bottom of dish. Slice onion and lay across potatoes. Cook Minute rice and spread on top of onion. Cook hamburger; drain and put on top. Sprinkle with salt. Cover hamburger with vegetable soup right out of can. Pour 1 to 1 1/2 cans water (use soup can) over casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
