Potato chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1 c
• butter or margarine - 1 lb
• sifted flour
• crinkle cut potato chips

How to make potato chip cookies:

Cream butter or margarine and sugar well. Add vanilla and flour; cream well. Add crushed potato chips. Drop by teaspoons on an ungreased cookie sheet until all batter is used. Bake at 400° for 13 to 15 minutes. Cool; then dust with powdered sugar. Do not cover because they will become soggy.
